The Goode Recovery Experience is our 2 hour signature guided recovery session designed to help your body shift out of stress mode and into recovery mode. Every experience begins with our Nervous System Reset, helping quiet the sympathetic (“fight-or-flight”) response while encouraging relaxation, improved recovery, and mental clarity. From there, you’ll choose three additional recovery therapies customized to your body’s needs and your recovery goals. Choose from: * Detox Sauna Blanket * Red Light Therapy Blanket * Vibroacoustic SoundBed * Chirp Back Massage * NormaTec Hip Compression * NormaTec Leg Compression Whether you’re recovering from intense workouts, long workdays, chronic muscle tension, travel fatigue, or simply looking to prioritize self-care, this fully customized experience helps reduce stress, improve circulation, decrease muscle soreness, and leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe. Each session is designed to promote: * Deep relaxation * Nervous system regulation * Improved circulation * Reduced muscle tension * Enhanced recovery * Better mobility * Whole-body wellness This isn’t a massage. Cancellation Policy
